How Does It Work?

It couldn't be simpler! We've streamlined our entire affiliate process to ensure ease of use, while still maintaining extremely accurate tracking methods. The process is as follows:

1. Visitor clicks on an affiliate link on your web site or in an email.
2. The visitor's IP is logged and a cookie is placed in their browser for tracking purposes.
3. The visitor lands on the Costa Rica MD Services initial inquiry form page.
4. The visitor fills out the initial inquiry form (the form need not be placed during the same browser session--cookies and IPs are stored indefinitely), the patient name and request will be registered to you.
5. Costa Rica MD Patient Counselor will contact the potential patient to convert the sale.
6. You will receive commission payouts on the the 20th of every month (if your balance is at least $100) via PayPal for USA affiliates and via local bank for local affiliates..

Rules and Requirements

We do have some basic ground rules for the program, so please read before signing up:

• Register With Us
• All USA affiliates must have a PayPal account (in order to receive payouts).
• All local affiliates must give payment instructions (bank account number and complete name and identification number).
• You may NOT receive credit for referring yourself.

Commissions

20% commission will be paid to the Partner on the final amount collected by Costa Rica MD Services after commission payments are collected by medical providers. Commission will increase as follows: 5-10 patient arrivals per month 25% commission 10 -15 patient arrivals per month 35% commission, 15+ patient arrivals reservations per month 50% commission
